Sona announces broadcast sponsorship of Peil na mBan on TG4

Sona Joins Forces with TG4 to support Ladies Gaelic Football with TV coverage sponsorship

Sona, Ireland’s leading provider of vitamins and nutritional supplements, is delighted to announce that it is now the official broadcast sponsor of the Ladies Gaelic Football coverage on TG4.  Sona has partnered with Ladies Gaelic Football legend, and former Cork footballer Valerie Mulcahy to support women in Irish sport like no other.

As exclusive broadcast sponsor from now until the end of September, Sona will lend its name to advertisements and stings on the station’s coverage of all Ladies Gaelic Football games. In addition, Sona advertising spots will air during 60 other sports games that will be broadcast on TG4 over the coming twelve months.

Newly appointed Sona Brand Ambassador Valerie Mulcahy joined Sona and TG4 today to officially launch the broadcast sponsorship in Croke Park. While Valerie is best known for her achievements on the pitch, since hanging up her football boots she has continued to play an active role in the Ladies Gaelic Football Association. Valerie knows the importance of encouraging Ireland’s sportswomen to future proof their health both now and for years to come.
