Ireland’s Medal Winning Team Return Home from the European Youth Olympic Festival

Team Ireland’s 40 athletes returned home on Sunday to Dublin Airport following a multi-medal haul at the European Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF) 2017 in Gyor, Hungary. Sarah Healy takes 1500m Gold at the European Youth Olympics Festival

Siofra Cleirigh-Buttner (DSD) has been added to the Irish team for the World Championships in London via the IAAF Roll-Down Process. Cleirigh-Buttner will run in the 800m having accepted an invitation from the IAAF to compete under their quota system.
